[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]First Presbyterian offers an aerobics class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings throughout the year, except on Holidays and when the church is closed. The class is from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Bud Francis Recreation Room, which is located next to the gym. This class is open to church members and community members of all ages.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Exercises include strength, toning, yoga, Pilates, stretching, aerobics, and standing and sitting exercises. Weights, mats, and balance balls are used for various exercises. A variety of workout DVDs are used to lead the class. Equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
