First Presbyterian offers an aerobics class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings throughout the year, except on Holidays and when the church is closed. The class is from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Bud Francis Recreation Room, which is located next to the gym. This class is open to church members and community members of all ages.
Exercises include strength, toning, yoga, Pilates, stretching, aerobics, and standing and sitting exercises. Weights, mats, and balance balls are used for various exercises. A variety of workout DVDs are used to lead the class. Equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.
