9:45 a.m. in the Ruffner Room
An orientation class (Inquirer’s Class) for visitors and new members is offered quarterly. Visitors and new members will enjoy a casual atmosphere as they study and discuss the basics of the Christian faith, Presbyterian beliefs, history of the Presbyterian Church and of First Presby, an overview of programs and classes, and membership information. (This is a three-week series.)
This class covers topics such as Christian faith, what it means to be a member, the history and beliefs of the Presbyterian Church, and the activities and programs of First Presby. There will be an opportunity to meet the pastors and some members, take a church tour, and also to ask questions.
If you are interested in learning more about First Presby, please join with other newcomers for the first of a three-week orientation series on Sunday, March 7 at 9:45 a.m. in the Ruffner Room.
